Counseling
SARA offers free and confidential short term counseling for women, men and children of all ages who have been affected by sexual abuse. Counseling provides a safe, supportive place for survivors to talk. It is a time for survivors to share their feelings and thoughts about the assault or abuse and how it impacts their lives. As a team, the counselor and client work together to make sense out of what is happening and to find ways to help the client create change.
